Dream Fireworks, Inc.

Facebook Safety Tips

Summer is all about BBQs, parades, and, of course,
fireworks! While we at Dream Fireworks, Inc. love to see the sky light up,
safety is our top priority. Here are some important and slightly humorous
safety tips to ensure you have a blast without, well, blasting off to the
emergency room.

Safety First, Fun Always!

1. Kid-Free Zone: Keep the young ones away from fireworks.
They can watch, but not touch. Even if they beg, plead, or use those puppy-dog
eyes.

2. Teen Supervision: Older kids can join in the fun, but
only under strict adult supervision. Think of it like a reality TV show –
drama-free and safe!

3. Stay Sober: Fireworks and cocktails do not mix. Save the
drinks for after the show.

4. Eye Protection: Look cool and stay safe with protective
eyewear. Your eyes will thank you.

5. No Handheld Explosives: Never hold lit fireworks. Trust
us, your hand isn’t an Olympic torch.

6. Outdoor Only: Fireworks indoors? Big no-no. Take the
party outside where there’s plenty of space.

7. Safe Distance: Keep fireworks away from people, houses,
and anything that might catch fire. Your neighbor’s fence doesn’t need a
makeover.

8. Aim Away: Fireworks are for the sky, not your buddy.
Never aim or throw them at anyone.

9. One at a Time: Light one firework at a time and step
back. Think of it as a sky-high solo performance.

10. No Containers: Fireworks in containers are a recipe for
disaster. Avoid creating a homemade bomb.

11. Duds Stay Dead: If a firework doesn’t go off, don’t try
to relight it. It’s retired now.

12. Water Buckets: Keep a bucket of water nearby for any
fireworks that don’t go off or for emergencies. A little water can go a long
way.

13. Illegal Fireworks: Just don’t. If it’s illegal, it’s
off-limits.

Pro Tip: Grab a blanket and enjoy the show put on by
professionals. Less stress, more sparkle!

Sparklers: Tiny but Mighty Dangerous

Sparklers seem harmless, but they burn at about 2,000
degrees – that’s hot enough to melt some metals! Keep sparklers away from young
kids. They can easily ignite clothing or cause severe burns. For safer fun, try
glow sticks, confetti poppers, or colored streamers. They’re just as bright and
way less risky.

Remember, safety is key to a fun and memorable celebration.
Stay safe, have fun, and let’s light up the sky responsibly!
